New Mexico residents can now visit with FEMA and SBA specialists at the Jarales Community Center in Valencia County from 10am to 6pm Monday through Saturday. Residents can get help with their disaster assistance applications, upload documents, and find answers to questions about federal disaster assistance.
There is no appointment needed to visit the Disaster Recovery Center (DRC). If you are unable to go in to the DRC or to apply online, you may call the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362. This toll-free line is available from 7 am – 10 pm 7 days a week.
The Jarales Community Center is located at 426 Jarales Road, Belen, NM 87002.
*All Disaster Recovery Centers, including the one in Valencia County, will be closed on Monday, June 20th in observation of the Juneteenth federal holiday. They will be open for normal hours on Tuesday, June 21st.
