Water Department

The City of Belen Water Department is here to provide excellent service to our customers. The Division oversees the City's water, wastewater utilities, monitors City utility operations and maintenance contracts with private sectors firms. The main focus is to oversee the operation of the City's water and wastewater utilities including financial management, capital improvements planning and environmental compliance. Our goal is to provide efficient, effective, safe, reliable water and wastewater utility services in a manner that respects the natural environment.

Forms can be obtained at City Hall to be filled out and submitted or you can download them to be filled out and returned to the Utility Department in person or Emailed here.
