City of Belen 2022 Comprehensive Plan Update
The 2022 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Belen was adopted by the City Council on January 3, 2023.The Comprehensive Plan is updated at least every 5 years and reviewed on an ongoing basis. This current plan was created by the Planning and Zoning Commission working with a Planning Consultant. There were public meetings and workshops to ensure that all stakeholders had an opportunity to provide input to this important guiding document.
