Arcosa, Wind-Tower Manufacturer Picks Belen

This week it was announced that Belen will be the new home for expansion for the wind-tower manufacturer, Arcosa. Based out of Dallas, Arcosa builds a variety of infrastructure products and has chosen our city for their Arcosa Wind Towers newest location. The City of Belen’s Wastewater Treatment Plan received the 2022 Good Housekeeping Award for Activated Sludge Treatment Plant 20 Years & Older from the New Mexico Water & Wastewater Association.
