Waterway of New Mexico will be testing fire hydrants for the City of Belen and the Belen Fire Department from April 1st – April 5th.
Waterway of New Mexico will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the testing does not create excess pressure in any water lines or other risk of damage to the water system. However, Waterway of New Mexico and the City of Belen will not be held liable for any damage that may occur or repairs that may be needed to private water utility connections because of the consequences of the flow testing of the hydrants.
Waterway of New Mexico will be liable for their own negligence (if any) but is not a general guarantor of the integrity of the City’s water utility lines (or the private connections). Is there are any questions, please contact Amanda Henry at 505-410-2752.
