Rudy Espinoza was elected into office in November of 2023. He is a lifelong resident of Belen where he graduated from BHS and married his high school sweetheart. Rudy is a Retired Army veteran, served with the Albuquerque Police Department and retired as a Security Director for a major financial institution and presently serves as Senior Pastor of Christian Faith Chapel in Belen.
