Councilor Ronnie Torres is one of Belen’s most renowned public servants. Having served as a councilor from 1996-1998, then being elected Mayor and serving for over 12 years he has dedicated his time and energy into Belen. He’s a local businessman and enjoys his time as a stylist. He is very involved in the community, Volunteers with multiple organizations and serves on 5 local boards. Councilor Torres was one of the leading members of the council to create the Belen Arts District. Councilor Torres is looking forward to Belen’s future!
