The same high-level security that you have grown to expect from us will not change, however the new portal will be more user-friendly – providing more ways to manage your account(s) and improve the overall payment experience with features that include:
- Multilingual capabilities
- Direct messaging to Belen services
- One-view multi-property access
Additional communications will be provided to ensure that you experience a smooth transition, however please note, no action is required by you and no service interruptions will occur.
