City Council

The City Council meets twice a month - on the 1st and 3rd Mondays subject to holidays, at 6:00pm. These meetings will be broadcast on Facebook Live. You can view our Facebook Live by clicking the button to go to our Facebook Page.

The City Council meets twice a month - on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, subject to holidays. In those months where there is a 5th Monday the Council will not meet on that date. This section contains the upcoming regular agendas for the city council meetings for the City of Belen.

Paper documents are still available at .50 cents a copy. Citizens have the choice of whether they would prefer paper or electronic records. Some are available for FREE on this website. Agencies are not required to create electronic documents to fulfill a request if the electronic records do not already exist.
