The City of Belen and the Bugg Lights Museum bring you the 5th Annual Scarecrow Festival!
This Saturday, October 28th from 3pm – 6pm on Becker Ave between 5th and 6th Streets in Belen
Cash Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in:
- Adult Best Costume
- Kids Best Costume
- Best Scarecrow
There will be:
- Music/Entertainment
- Food Trucks
- Kids Jumpers compliments of Noblin’s Funeral Home
