The City of Belen is accepting applications for full-time Evidence Technician in our Police Department. The starting annual salary is $42,848 ($20.60 an hour). A full benefits package including retirement, healthcare, and more is offered to full-time employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license
- Must be certified by the International Association of Property and Evidence within one year of hire
- Two years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Completion of at least 60 college credit hours in a related field or discipline (Preferred)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
