RSVP is happy to announce a quilt raffle! Tickets can be purchased at the Belen Business Center located at 719 S Main Street Belen with RSVP staff. Funds will be going to the Jarales Sewing Group for material needed to create more beautiful quilts for Veterans within Valencia County!
