Overview

The Building Permit Inspector is responsible for providing building, health and safety standards for the City of Belen through public information, building plan review and permit services. Issuing building permits for new construction and for additions or alterations to existing buildings is one of the key functions of the Building Permit Division.

You can upload your building or remodeling plans via FTP. It's easy to use using Windows Internet Explorer 8 and above. You can also use your favorite FTP client. If you do not have an FTP client, there are many good ones on the internet for free. Go to Google and search "FTP Clients".  WinSCP is a good FTP Client. Click here to download your copy.

You will need a user account to access and use the FTP site. Contact Andrew Camillo at the email above or  the Information Technology office to request a user account or assistance.
