7.     Public hearing on request to consider the following property for annexation into the current city limits and creating a C-1 zoning designation of an amendment and revised plat of Rancho Rio Grande, Unit One, West Belen Grant, filed in the office of the Valencia County Clerk on May 14, 1962, in Cabinet B, Drawing No. 334, located within projected Sections 15, 16, 21, 22, 27 and 28, Township 5 North, Range 1 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian.  Property located on the West Mesa adjoining and including the Belen Alexander Municipal Airport, total annexation area contains 1,481.86 acres: Andrew DiCamillo, P&Z Director

 

8.     Public hearing to amend the zoning map from A-R to R-1A:  Emilio Flores aka Emilio Flores Hernandez for the purpose of creating four lots.  Property located at 215 Mirabel Drive, Belen, NM 87002. Tract 22E containing .94 acres, and Tract 222F containing .94 acres as shown in Township 5 North, Range 2 East, Section 19, Map 100 of the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District: Andrew DiCamillo, P&Z Director
