1. Call to Order-The Special Meeting of the Belen City Council, State of New Mexico, County of Valencia to be held on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 100 South Main Street in the City of Belen, New Mexico 87002.

A copy of the Agenda can be obtained from the Office of the Interim City Manager. Please be                     advised that all public meetings are audio and video recorded.
