The Procurement Policy of the City of Belen is to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public procurement, to maximize the purchasing value of public monies and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity.

Request for Proposal

Sealed Proposals must be received by the City of Belen at the Municipal Building, 100 South Main Street, Belen, New Mexico 87002 no later than the date and time specified next to the RFP below.

The Procurement Code, Sections 13‑1‑28 through 13‑1‑199 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penal­ties for its violation.  In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kick‑backs.

The City of Belen reserves the right to reject any/all Proposals and waive all informalities. Adobe Acrobat required to open Bids or RFPs.
