Risk Management
Risk management is a structured approach to managing uncertainty related to a threat through a sequence of human activities. The City of Belen has a risk management department charged with the duty of overseeing employee safety as well as public safety.
To help keep you, the public, safe, Risk Management has created the Special Events Procedures outline and form that anyone planning an event in the city must complete and submit to Risk Management. The form is designed to be filled out on your computer and then printed. To read these procedures and download a form click the button on the left.
